Please remember that you also need to provide the following documents as part of your application process:

Know Your Customer (KYC) – All Shareholders over 25% & Directors

  • Notarised colour passport copy – all four sides showing
  • Notarised copy of a utility bill, bank statement, or government tax letter not older than 60 days

Know Your Business (KYB)

  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Share Register (or equivalent document proving ownership)
  • Share Certificates (or equivalent document proving ownership)

Supporting Documentation

  • Processing company history of the last 3 to 6 months (or mark as "New to Cards")
  • Proof of company website or domain ownership
  • Proof of company bank account or welcome letter
  • Copy of business or operating license (if applicable)
